Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?
Yes — we work with clients across Pakistan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider Gulf region. All project communication is in English and we align to client time zones for calls.
How do engagements typically work?
We start with a discovery call to understand your needs, then provide a written scoping document with timeline and cost. Fixed-price projects with milestone-based delivery are our preferred model.
What if I don't have a technical spec?
No problem. Most clients come to us with a business problem, not a spec. We're experienced at translating operational challenges into technical requirements — that's part of the service.
Do you offer post-launch support?
Yes. All projects include a 30-day stabilisation period. Ongoing support retainers — covering bug fixes, minor enhancements, and hosting management — are available on request.
